
LDR Leadership Training Series
This 3-day session for new supervisors and managers
prepares and trains attendees to:
– Proactively “coach to win”
– Understand why punitive discipline is not the most effective motivator
– Identify the top 6 reasons why employees fail to perform
– Practice the critical elements of communication
– Demonstrate the qualities of an effective and influential leader and manager
– Effectively address employee performance or behavior issues
– Focus on employee development
– Start with identifying”problems” as the most important step in the decision-making cycle
– Facilitate group decisions
– $2,500 per person (does not include travel to and from training location, some meals, or incidentals)
– Training schedule is from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm local time each day
Any attendee that is SHRM or HRCI credentialed will receive 21 PDCs or CEUs
