This 1.5-day session for supervisors and managers prepares and trains attendees to:
– Proactively “coach to win”
– Understand why punitive discipline is not the most effective motivator
– Identify the top 6 reasons why employees fail to perform
– Practice the critical elements of communication
– Demonstrate the qualities of an effective and influential leader and manager
– Effectively address employee performance or behavior issues
– Focus on employee development
– Facilitate group decisions
– $1,250 per person
Any attendee that is SHRM or HRCI credentialed will receive 8 PDCs or 12 CEUs
